1.    Appliance

SWP 400plastic cutting machine is mainly used for cutting various of special plastic stuff.For the longer special staff,this machine can continously feed materials only once without dividing them into subsectoin.Model 400 is suitable for cutting longer plastic pipes whose diameter is below 150mm and various of special plastic stuff like plastic door,window frame,plastic pipes,plates etc.

This machine can automaticly feed materials,it equipes the device of fan-feeding crushed aggregates and opening device.It can be  easily used and convient to maintain,so it is the ideal machine to cutting all kinds of pipes and special stuff.

2.    Structure feature

This machine is mainly composed of electromotor,swivelling tool-holder,moving knife blade,stationary knife blade,rack,frame foundation,case,loading door etc.

There are two stationary knives on the rack,it also equipes the deive to prevent the plastic rebounding.There are five removable and embeddable knives in the swivelling tool-holder.If  the knife is blunt,the blade can be removed separately to make up of the spirally cutting blade, so the knife is durable, stable, it  has the high capability of cutting materials.The fan-feeding  device can feed the crushed aggregates bagging automaticly.It is convenient to work and lower the labour intensity effectively.It can improve the producing environment,so it is immensely popular with the customers.
